How credits work
Credits
tischlein appreciates a tip – in credits.
When tischlein gets something done for you in the chat or makes an AI image, you give a tip in credits. It is not optional: every result has a fixed price and the table below is the price list. A result is finished work: a new page, a published menu, an enhanced photo.
- One result, one price
- You pay for the result, not for messages. Building a page in two or twenty messages costs the same.
- Drafts included
- Everything up to the first publish is part of the result: previews, corrections, new attempts.
- Changes after publishing
- Changing something that is already online makes publishing the change a small result of its own. Unpublishing or deleting costs the same; settings and opening hours count once per request.
- Images, newsletters, online orders and reservations always cost
- AI images, newsletters, accepted online orders and reservations cost credits on every channel, images per successful image, reservations per recorded reservation. Failed images cost nothing.
- Questions are free
- Questions and conversations without a result cost nothing within normal use: 30 chat steps a day are free, then 2 credits per step.

Starter credits: every venue gets 2000 credits once, valid for 30 days – no plan, no credit card.
Package credits are valid until the end of their billing month and then expire; fresh ones arrive with the new month. Package prices are monthly, also with a yearly plan, and never discounted.
A new plan has credit package M preselected: before booking you can choose another package or pay as you go (your starter credits first, then you pay only what you use) and switch any time; we never switch existing plans on our own. If you switch pay as you go off without a package, the chat stops when your credits are used up and asks you.

Pricing questions
Do I need my own domain?
No. Without your own domain your website runs at yourvenue.tischlein.pro. If you want your own domain, you get it from a registrar (you pay its costs there); tischlein sets it up for you and helps with the DNS settings.
How do payments for vouchers and tickets work?
Through your own Stripe account, which you set up with one sentence in the chat. The money goes straight to you. Stripe charges its own fees, plus the tischlein fee per sale (see the prices above).
What does support cost?
Nothing. Ask the tischlein Chat around the clock or send us feedback in the operations app (Mehr → Feedback senden); it costs no credits. We do our best to sort out every request within a day – usually in a few hours, often in minutes.
When will I be billed?
The monthly plan runs in calendar months: your first invoice comes right away for the rest of the current month, prorated, and from then on on the 1st for the whole month. The yearly plan is paid in advance for twelve months from the booking day. Usage such as Credits by usage is billed monthly afterwards.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You cancel the monthly plan at any time to the end of the month. You cancel the yearly plan up to one month before it renews; otherwise it runs for another year. The first 14 days are free and need no credit card.
What if I don’t like it?
Then you get your money back. With the 30-day money-back guarantee we refund your first paid invoice in full: within 30 days after that invoice, request it in the operations app under “Plan & Rechnungen” or simply say so in the chat. The plan then ends at once and your website goes offline; nothing is deleted, and a new booking brings everything back. The guarantee applies once per venue. Before that you try everything free for 14 days, without a credit card.
Does setup cost extra?
No. You set up tischlein in a conversation: in the tischlein Chat, Claude or ChatGPT. If you have questions, we help in person.
Do you take commission on reservations?
No. Voucher and ticket sales carry a fee of 2.5 % per sale, the newsletter is billed per send, results in the tischlein Chat and AI images cost credits, everything else is in the monthly price.
What does the tischlein Chat cost?
Every result in the chat has a fixed price in credits; drafts are included until the first publish. You start with 2000 credits as a gift. With a plan, credit package M with monthly credits is preselected; you can choose another package or pay as you go and switch any time.
What happens if I cancel?
Your domain is yours. You can export your content by chat, command line or API beforehand.
I run several businesses. How are they billed?
One account is one company. You need locations to show them on your website (address, opening hours, their own details) and for Purchasing per location. 1 location is included, every further website brings its own location: an own website for a further location costs extra and then includes that location; only locations without their own website cost extra as a further location. Purchasing counts every location. Separate companies, such as franchisees, book separate accounts; one login switches between them.
