For bars
Happy hour at six, DJ from eleven. Your website says so in time.
For cocktail bars, wine bars and café bars: a drinks menu people can read on their phone in dim light, events with tickets and opening hours that don’t get mixed up after midnight.
Sound familiar?
The menu is a photo. The event is a story. Tomorrow both are gone.
-
The menu as a photo
The cocktail menu is an Instagram post from the summer before last. Only people already sitting at the bar know the new signature drinks.
-
Open till three, online till midnight
Many websites show opening hours past midnight wrongly. Guests stand at a closed door or stay at home.
-
Events that vanish after 24 hours
DJ night, tasting, live music: announced in a story nobody can find tomorrow and Google never saw.
-
Tickets by bank transfer
For the gin tasting, someone checks bank statements and keeps a paper list at the door.
With tischlein
What changes for your bar.
-
A drinks menu that grows with you
Cocktails, long drinks, wines by the glass and the bottle, with sizes like 4 cl or 0.2 l and a section of its own for alcohol-free drinks. New drinks take one sentence.
„New on the menu: Basil Smash for €11.50, alcohol-free for €8.“
-
Happy hour that switches itself on
Weekdays, time, price: happy hour appears on the menu while it applies and disappears afterwards.
„Happy hour Monday to Thursday from 6 to 8 pm, all long drinks €7.“
-
Opening hours into the morning
Friday until 3 am belongs to Friday, not Saturday. The top of your website shows whether you’re open right now, and you add holidays or special hours in the chat.
„On New Year’s Eve we’re open until 5 am.“
-
Events, every week if you like
One-off or recurring, every event with its own page, a calendar entry and structured data for Google.
„DJ every Thursday from 9 pm, free entry.“
-
Tickets with quotas
Guests buy online via Stripe, get a PDF ticket with a QR code, and it’s scanned at the door. The money goes straight to you.
„Sell 30 tickets for the gin tasting on 14 November, €39 including four gins.“
-
Instagram linked, not embedded
Your profile is stored with your location and appears across the website, without third-party scripts. Your Instagram pictures directly on the website follow once Meta approves.
„Link our Instagram profile in the footer.“

In practice
Building blocks already running in Konstanz.
There’s no pure cocktail bar on board yet. These three venues already use exactly what a bar needs, though. Their new websites are still drafts.

Questions from bars
Can guests buy tickets directly from us?
Yes. Guests pay via Stripe, and the money goes straight to your account. The ticket arrives as a PDF with a QR code by email and is scanned at the door. A small fee applies per sale.
We’re open until 3 am. Can tischlein handle that?
Yes. Hours past midnight belong to the day you open. The website shows live whether you’re open, and you add holidays or special openings in one sentence.
Does the website show our Instagram pictures?
Your profile is linked from day one. The pictures directly on your website follow once Meta has approved our integration. Your site loads no third-party scripts or tracking cookies for it.
Our menu changes with the seasons. Is that a lot of work?
No. Send a photo or PDF of the new menu to the chat. tischlein takes over drinks and prices, and you check the preview and publish it.
People just drop in. Do we need bookings?
Not necessarily. You can switch requests off completely or only accept groups and celebrations.
