No. Support is free, in the chat and by feedback. Questions and help in the tischlein Chat cost no AI credits as long as use stays fair.
When do you reply?
The chat replies instantly, around the clock. For requests to the team we do our best to resolve them within a day – usually within a few hours, often within minutes.
Where do I find guides?
