Questions about referrals
How much is a free month worth?
One month of your subscription as you pay it: net, after your discount, a twelfth on a yearly plan. If the new venue pays less per month than you do, you get its monthly amount. So the smaller of the two monthly amounts always counts.
Is there an upper limit?
No. Every venue that comes through your link or code and pays its first invoice earns you another free month.
Where do I find my link?
In the tischlein Betrieb app under Mehr › Weiterempfehlen and on the billing page of your venue overview, each with a copy button. Or ask Claude: “Show me my referral link.”
When do I get the credit?
As soon as the new venue has paid its first invoice. The credit is applied to your next invoices automatically. If you are still on your own trial, we keep the month until your subscription starts.
Can the credit be paid out?
No. Free months are credit on your tischlein subscription and are applied to your invoices.
The other venue didn’t use my link. What now?
They enter your code in the signup form. That counts just like the link.
Does my own second venue count?
No. Referring yourself or a venue you are already a member of earns no free month.
