What does online ordering cost?

No base fee and no commission on your sales. Each accepted order costs AI credits; declined, expired and unpaid orders cost nothing. You find the exact price above and on the pricing page.

How do my guests pay?

Online through your own Stripe account – the amount is only captured when you accept the order – or cash and card on site, just as you set it up.

Who is the seller?

You are. Guests buy from you, the money goes straight to your Stripe account. tischlein is only the technical service provider.

Where do I see new orders?

In the operations app under “Bestellungen” (orders), with a sound and a kitchen view – and by email too if you like.
