How it works
Five steps to your first payout.

Sign up
Log in with your e-mail address, enter your business details, tax status and bank account, accept the partner terms. We review and approve your account.

Share your link
You get your partner code at once, plus a personal link and a printable QR code. The link and QR code fill your code into the signup form.

The venue tries it
The venue signs up with your partner code, tries tischlein free for 60 days and then saves 5 % on its subscription for good.

You earn
You receive 15 % of every euro the venue pays net, for 24 months from its first payment.

Quarterly payout
After every quarter we send you a statement from €50. You upload your invoice, we check it and transfer the money. Smaller amounts carry over to the next quarter.

You get no contact details, no invoices and no access to the venues. You only see what you need for your statement.
Partner program questions
When is commission paid out?
A commission becomes billable 30 days after the payment is received. After every quarter we e-mail you a statement once at least €50 has accumulated. You invoice us for that amount and upload the invoice in your partner area; after checking it we transfer the money, usually within two weeks. We pay approved partners with complete bank and tax details.
What counts as revenue?
What the referred venue actually pays for its tischlein subscriptions, net of VAT and after all discounts. Fees on guests’ voucher and ticket purchases do not count.
What happens with refunds?
If we refund a venue or it charges a payment back, we offset the commission share against your next commissions. You never have to pay anything back.
How is a venue credited to me?
Only through your partner code: the venue enters it when signing up or on its billing page before paying for the first time. Your link and QR code fill the code into the signup form when opened; nothing is stored and we set no cookies. So make sure the venue uses your code: without the code there is no attribution, no discount for the venue and no commission for you.
Can I refer my own venue?
No. Venues you are a member of yourself, venues that are already customers and venues referred by another customer are not credited to you.
Do I need a registered business?
Yes. Only companies and self-employed people can become partners, meaning traders, freelancers and small businesses, not private individuals. You send us an invoice for every quarterly statement, with VAT or, as a small business, without. You are responsible for paying tax on your commission yourself.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. You only recommend tischlein, whenever and as often as you like, without obligations and without exclusivity. The venue signs its contract directly with us; you do not negotiate for us or represent us.
I run a venue on tischlein myself. Can I still refer others?
Yes, in two ways: through “Refer a venue” your venue gets a free month for every successful referral. As a partner you receive commission instead. Only one referral ever applies to the same venue, and a partner link takes precedence.
